Lazard Financial Institutions M&A
Can anyone share their perspective on Lazard Financial Institutions M&A group? Culture, pace, deal flow, interview process, etc. Before I get flamed for not checking out other threads on Lazard, I have. None of the threads deal with this specific group.
interested as well, from what i've heard they were very busy during the downturn and got on a ton of deals...JPM-Bear Stearns, UFJ-Morgan Stanley, Barclays-BlackRock, Lehman restructuring + Barcap-Lehman.
how are they doing today?
killer group from their past deal flow. in the US they are on so many fig deals its unbeliavable.
gary parr all the way.
he will bring in business continously so their dealflow should still be good post-crisis
anybody else with more details/insights?
