Leaving a job in <1y vs Staying miserable and full of FOMO? Help!

Hi all,I need some advice on my dilemma below, and I would really appreciate your thoughts or experiences in similar situations - thanks in advance!!

I am a woman that has fought a lot to break into IB. I am from the South of Europe where salaries in IB are very low and opportunities almost non-existent. I have lived in 4 countries and held different roles until I was able to finally land what I thought that was going to be my dream job. Except it's not. I don't like the role (I am not challenged enough and I find it boring) and neither I'm happy with my salary (super underpaid vs my peers).

I get contacted very often by headhunters and the momentum is like none other to get job offers. I think I know what I want to do next, but the issue is that I have only been 7 months in my current role. There is no headcount at my current bank in the product team I want to move to (e.g LevFin, Structured Finance - I have experience working for this product and my move just proved me how much I miss it).

When I took the job and moved to London I was ready to settle professionally (aka staying in the same bank for a long time), however this is not what I expected. I will be up for promotion next year as I am an Associate 3 now, although I am not really interested as I am 100% sure that I don't like my current role.

I don't have kids and I invest all my time working really long hours. I don't know how many years left I have to continue working this way - as you never know what life has planned - and I cannot stop thinking that I am wasting my time doing this job I dislike in a toxic environment. I am not motivated and really struggling with the role and corporate culture of this place.

Would it be crazy to look for a job in another bank? Before moving to the UK, I worked for the same bank in another country for almost 2 years, so I have been "faithful" to the institution for some time. What are the risks of switching roles at this stage of my career? HELP!!
