Leaving the firm that you summer with

I'm curious if anyone on this board who has summered at a mid-level BB networked with other firms and went through accelerated interviews elsewhere prior to receiving/accepting an offer from the bank that you summered with.

In particular, I'm interested in working for GS/MS full-time, but will be a summer analyst at a lesser BB starting in June.

Any advice?
