Listing myself as disabled? (ADHD)

Will this help me or should I just leave it off? I am applying for a position which reads:

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We are also required to measure our progress toward having at least 7% of our workforce be individuals with disabilities.

Disabilities include, but are not limited to: Autoimmune disorder ... ADHD

Do y'all think this will help or hurt my application?

I have ADHD. I leave it off—don’t see how it could help telling the firm that I procrastinate. I doubt ADHD is an institutional priority with diversity hiring either, if you are viewing it from that angle.

I'd leave it off—it's more likely that it would hurt rather than help, plus there are some things you'd just rather keep private from your employer.
