Looking for tips to get into UBS

I am a MSF student at BC with a solid and consistent undergrad GPA >3.5 and an even better GPA in my MSF program at BC. I had the opportunity to intern with UBS private wealth management in the portfolio management space back in 2019 and am really interested in becoming an analyst for them. Unfortunately I didn’t get a full time offer back then but was curious if anyone has worked for them as an analyst and had any pointers? Also other than networking and keeping my GPA high, what else should I be looking to do, CFA route?

Thanks
