Loose my 7 License

I am looking to join the NYSE after a stint at a BB. Will I loose my Series 7 & 63 licences while I'm there? I don't believe if they are a FINRA member firm (not a broker/dealer), but their may be exceptions. Any insights?

You also lose it if your new company and role does not require you to be a registered rep, and your license does not transfer over.

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

They are pretty hardcore about not parking licenses. If you plan to use them again I'd say look for a position that requires it. If not, two years from your official date they will expire, but if you can get signed up with ANY financial advisor firm for even a day it will reset the clock. NYSE probably won't allow outside work but if there is any window in the meantime to jump in with schwab, any insurance co, etc you can extend it.
