Just got an offer for one of the big 3 CRA's first year analyst programs. Feel like it's way below market average, but just wanted to confirm.

Is it LS, Energy or Comp Econ? Either way, the 68K seems alright but no signing bonus does seem strange...do you also not get in-year bonus?

That is strange... See once you start how your peers are doing then perhaps complain internally.
