Making the right decision

Hey,
I will apply to all of the MBB firms in May 2021 (because of networking and my background, I will for sure get invited for a case interview). So, even if I will land a job, I will most probably start in September. And now I'm considering some options to fill this 6-month gap.

Last week, I received two offers:
1) Business analyst at one of the smaller retail chains (mostly kitchen appliances). That's a senior role that involves business process automation, optimization - mostly logistics, procurement. Excellent salary, beautiful office, but no WFH option. I've also talked to the firm's CEO, and after this, I have very mixed feelings about the working culture in this firm, and where it is heading.

2) Cryptocurrencies Trading support specialist at one of the brokerage solutions providers - junior role, "supervising market animating systems, analysis of data related to quotations on the cryptocurrency market, report preparation, market-making systems documenting, KPI monitoring and reporting, etc". Bad salary, great office, WFH. And the better team. However, I still do not understand if I will learn something useful working here, and if it will be beneficial for my career after MBB (maybe in PE/VC/HF or CorpDev).

I'm trying to decide between these two options. And the third option is not to take any of those offers at all, just take a break.

My Background:
Finance Graduate, CFA level 2. Interned at MBB last spring and summer, previously also had an internship in PE fund, then in VC. Never tried Investment banking.  And all the time throughout my studies (and even before) worked in a supporting role at BCG (very similar to junior analyst role, but more flexible and with less client exposure - data analysis, Excel, VBA, benchmarking, some financial modeling, slides content preparation)
