Man Boobs
I've noticed a common theme from my prior internship to now. This would be the amount of man breasts I see bouncing up and down when doing a fly by to the mens room. Now its a fact that after the abdomen region that the second most fat accumulation is around the breasts closely followed by the thighs. For those of you who have man breasts please start exercising or doing some push ups and jumping jacks. This might be the second most embarrising feature on a males body besides a small microscopic penis. SUMMERS AROUND THE CORNER GUYS LETS GET SWOLE!
Also you can be skinny and still have man breasts I would advise either getting surgery or start lifting weights....by weights i mean free weights and heavy/+10 reps. Also get someone to slap you in the face before you start your set.

Yeah i do jumping jacks when i don't have a jump rope. Im assuming most do not have a jump rope so jumping jacks makes sense here
Jumping jacks just remind me of elementary school gym class. Then again, I suppose your point is a good one, I'll remember it for next time I'm in a hotel without a good gym
Just make sure you're not doing like 500 jumping jacks do a super set. For example 50 jumping jacks then immediatley to 50 sit ups (mix these up first 20 regular then 15 each side, leg raises, 6 inches, or thinking position what ever floats your boat) then 20 regular push ups, 15 wide pushups, and 10 close pushups. Repeat routine 4 to five times take 1 - 2 minute rest at most. This is a solid workout before you go and hit the beach or pool.
When i hit the beach I usually bring a 35 pound dumbell with me to work my arms as well. Its almost summer man you gotta get a lean body for those beach/bbq's and pool parties. I can't wait!
Theres nothing more rewarding than catching a group of spectators looking at your body in awe. Ladies coming up to you and commenting on your 6 pack (4 pack right now) and how beautiful you look. Basically I resemble the greek statue of David minus the small penis. They call me "The finisher" for a reason.

WIDE GRIP PULL UPS are the best for you're lats. You're an alpha male once you start chaining 45 pound plates on you're waist......or dumbell's between your feet. Although I find dumbells less effective.

There is a good percentage of american males who suffer from gynecomastia. People who take steroids develop this which is why you'll see a lot of wrestlers with deformed nipples or at least surgery scars in areola region (Look at the Rock). This develops usually at puberty and there is little you can do about it. I know surgery is pretty costly.
