Market Risk versus Regional AM Sales - which is a better starting point for a career in big banks?

Two offers from BB, my background is half engineering half finance.

Originally wanted to do trading/structuring, but S&T headcounts are so lean this year so only got these 2 options.

Market Risk: Global, better team culture, more hard skills learnt.

AM Sales: Regional focused, more EQ growth, good front-office exposure.

I want to maximize my optionality on mobility (across region and divisions) since I'm still figuring myself out. Any advice/points you would recommend me to take into consideration before making a final decision?
