Merrill Lynch Interview
I will be having an interview with Merrill Lynch in Scottsdale, AZ here in a few weeks for a Finance Adviser trainee. I have been looking for an opportunity like this one for quite some time and have been slowly aligning my jobs to lead me in that direction. While in the military I completed a Finance degree, after I was discharged I got a job at the University of Phoenix as an enrollment adviser (glorified salesperson) did that for about 8 months and then got a job as a financial adviser (for students). In January I applied at Merrill Lynch, never heard from them until last week, and in February I applied for a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo, to help me gain experience in financial product sales. I started at WF March 7th and the day I was in orientation Merrill Lynch called me. Overall I would much prefer to work with Merrill Lynch because that is what I want to do and what i have been aligning my professional experience to lead me in the direction of. Any advice on questions I should ask, things I should know, or things I should say will be greatly appreciated. How should I present myself, other than confident and professional? What should I expect? Basically any tips and advice is what I am looking for I really want this and it is what I have been working towards and hoping to get so I don't want to mess it up. Thank you!
Congrats!
I know a kid who is interning for them in AZ right now.. I think you will be fine if you relax!
