MM to EB - FT Recruiting ?

Hi,

I am currently an intern in a good group at a firm like houlihan lokey/jeffries/rbc. I am studying at a target, +3.7 GPA, and have solid extracurricular and previous internships. If I have had networked with the groups and could do well in the interviews, would it be possible to get an EB offer coming from a MM firm like houlihan lokey/jeffries/rbc or are the FT spots reserved for other EB/BB applicants?

I would appreciate any help or insights.

Yeah if anyone is in the position to move up if the market heats up it’s probably you from a top MM - that said where you’re at isn’t bad at all and you still have great exit ops.

Just have to make sure there are seats, and you perform better than all the others from low BBs trying to transfer aswell.

bump, interested as well. How can I distinguish myself from the other candidates when I am ft recruiting?
