MS Pubfin vs GS RE Financing
Trying to choose between these two offers for next summer. My end goal is to be a real estate developer, and I know that taking GS would be more applicable to this career path. However, I’m also really interested in pursuing a career in public finance, and if I take GS, I might not ever get to explore that path. Any thoughts or advice on this?
