Hey there! Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems like there are others who have applied to Morgan Stanley Public Finance for the 2021 cycle. However, I don't have any specific information about the 2024 cycle.
As for the 2021 cycle, it appears that some applicants submitted their HireVue right when it came out but hadn't heard anything since. The timeline might be similar for the 2024 cycle, but it's hard to say for sure.
For interview preparation, I'd recommend checking out the WSO Academy's Investment Banking Interview Prep and Private Equity Interview Prep. They also offer Financial Modeling & Valuation and Investment Banking Interview bootcamps, which could be very helpful.
