Need Advice - Chances of getting in?

I received an e-mail from my cousin a few days back asking me for advice and I thought I'd see what the brilliant minds on the Oasis have to say. The guy is 27/28 years old and he just got his bachelors from a fairly reputable university. He had been concurrently working in the defense industry and now he wants to get into I-Banking. Your thoughts on his chances of "getting his foot in the door"? Thanks in advance for your input.

tough in this market. however if he has some valuable industry experience then he could be valuable to a defense focused coverage group. boutiques would be the first place to look.
