Need Advice - What would be the best thing to do?
3 weeks ago I got in touch with an alumnus, we got to talking and he couldn't help me out much but did offer to put his name down as an employee referral when spots did open. Well a few days later there was an online posting for an analyst position, I applied and put him down as the referral which he was happy to oblige on. But now it's been 3 weeks and I've yet to hear from the company.
about 2 weeks ago was when I last touched base and he mentioned no interviews occured yet so that was a good sign, but in a few days it'll been almost a month since I applied!
What would be the best thing to do next?
