Just finished my 3rd superday/final round and recieved a rejection. One contact I was close with mentioned I could do better closing the interview. Curious any tips and how important is this? Am i really just a few words at the end of the interview away from an offer or should I look to overhaul my approach more than just my close?

I don’t know the full picture in your case, but I think a big part of it is how you deliver your story during the interview, that usually matters more than just the closing itself. You’re almost there.
Highly recommend doing a mock interview or finding an experienced interviewer to chat with about your story. That saved me. Got 6 offers at 6 banks. Can send recs if helpful.
