Need Some Advice - VP/Assoc/other analysts quit

Long Story Short:

Middle market IB on east coast. Everyone in our office quit due to our MDs hostility. I was the last analyst. I was promoted quickly and was in charge of VP/Assoc and analyst duties. I made a few mistakes early because I wasn't ready, but turned it around quickly and have done good for the most part (couldnt get fired because I was the only one). I have been burning out as you can expect, however, I have done a good job. I've brought in analysts to help with modeling but it hasn't been easy.

My question is: I think it is time for me to move on from this bank. Only 2 years total in IB. What positions do I apply in? I think I might just apply as a senior analyst and just go from there. Still not sure. Need some help
