Need Some Advice - VP/Assoc/other analysts quit

Long Story Short:

Middle market IB on east coast. Everyone in our office quit due to our MDs hostility. I was the last analyst. I was promoted quickly and was in charge of VP/Assoc and analyst duties. I made a few mistakes early because I wasn't ready, but turned it around quickly and have done good for the most part (couldnt get fired because I was the only one). I have been burning out as you can expect, however, I have done a good job. I've brought in analysts to help with modeling but it hasn't been easy.

My question is:
I think it is time for me to move on from this bank. Only 2 years total in IB. What positions do I apply in? I think I might just apply as a senior analyst and just go from there. Still not sure. Need some help

You could either turn this into a great opportunity or leave.

If you can take on these duties and ask for an early promotion then great, can he say no? Probably not who the fuck wants to work for him lmao. Or leave, probably the safer option.

Curious, is this a regional bank because to me it sounds like a boiler room.
