Need some guidance - Rising junior at a non-target

Let me lay out my stats first:

School: non-target, Florida/Rising junior GPA: 3.1/3.7major SAT: 770M, 660V Work: In an financial analyst internship with a large insurer AIG/SwissRe/Chubb

Basically I want to get into IB, I know with my GPA combo/non-target with literally no contacts I am next to screwed. I am looking to transfer to a better school by the end of junior year, I can get my overall GPA probably upto a 3.3 and my major GPA will likely be a 3.85. What schools would I realistically have a shot at, that would benefit me in breaking into IB?

Why transfer? As a junior some places won't even take you. For example, Wharton is notorious for taking sophomore transfers over junior ones. At this point I think transferring is not an option, given that 1) it would take you 5+ years to graduate, 2) barring some amazing story/extra-curriculars your GPA/SAT are below median for most targets.

If you are set on transferring, then I think your best shot would be UT Austin.
