Network my way into a winter analyst internship at a boutique?

Hi all,I'm a rising junior at a non target double majoring in finance and Econ; 3.75 GPA.

I'm currently doing my first ever finance internship at a search fund (ending in October) that's giving me exposure to modeling, deal sourcing, and industry analysis.

I'm late to the IB game and want to get an analyst role after graduation so I was thinking I need more internships under my belt.
How would I be able to network my way into a winter analyst role? Also, am I too late to network for a summer 2022 at a BB, MM, or regional bank? Should I look into doing a MSF that place well in IB?

Looking forward to your responses!

Not in the industry but I heard most BBs have filled up. You’d probably have better luck at an MM or Boutique. There’s a thread on here about Banks still recruiting so check that out. For the Winter, if your school has any firms at career fairs or on your job site, apply there. Otherwise, your best chances are just cold calling firms in the area.
