Coming from a non target, currently at a MM firm looking to lateral, not many people in IB from my university, so that leaves just cold emailing/LinkedIn, don’t think anyone will respond to my messages. Do I have to do it? I remember when I was applying for FT roles I got interviews at MBBs with just sending in an application. Or if someone wants to make $100 I’ll pay for a referral lol
