Networking & it’s actual use
Hello, wondering how the networking and calls work depending on the bank. Is it that the person will refer you to HR and your application gets flagged and/or is it so you can have a better understanding of the firm to use in interviews? Just wondering if it is worth it to spend so much time on these calls when I know of people who only talked to one person at a bank and got an interview. Thoughts? (Also target/semi/non target depending on bank)
