Networking over winter break?

What's the etiquette behind networking over winter break? Obv not during like christmas time / new years but like after that? I'm asking because I feel like im behind the curve and havent really started networking yet lol.

Do you think overworked, tired, bankers who want a few minutes of quiet that they only get these 2 weeks, do they want to talk to someone they don’t know?

If it’s a warm connection, sure, can reach out softly. Cold email? Guaranteed no reply. Comes off as unable to read the room. Take the time off to enjoy yourself during this time, and reach back out the 2nd week of January
