Networking Question:
Is it weird for an experienced person to network with analysts and associates? I graduated in 2008 but I feel that it would be strange to start hitting up people that graduated in 2004, 2005, 2006. Sort of like a "we didn't talk when we went to school together, why the hell are you contacting me now" kind of thing.
(I want to get into S&T, I know that hiring for FT - 2010 is over, so I would be looking for 2011, and for views on MBA school, career progression, etc)
