New Position - Mid-year, late year hire lost bonus payment
What is a reasonable ask for a seasoned RE Asset Manager taking a job at a MF REPE firm as to “lost bonus” when changing jobs mid-year or late in the year prior to bonus being paid in March. Should I ask for all that I may lose, 75%? At what point would I not be eligible for a bonus at my new spot? Meaning is there a cut off say Sept, Oct or November?
