NEwbie Need Help ASAP!!!!!

Hey guy new to the forum so bear with me on my first post. I currently work for Wells Fargo Financial but as you guys know the sector is being closed down and I'm going to be out the job. I'm a recent college grad, graduted may 2010, and was offered the job now begin laid off. I really wanted to get into the analyst field, but due to the location of my school there was no analyst programs and the school had a crappy intern program. I tried and to manage the best possibly outcome from the situation. I obtained my state insurance license. I' currently on pace to take the series 63 and then eventually 3,34, 65 because it requires no sponsers to make up for me not having experience in the finanical markets, and eveually get sponsered get series 6 and 7. What would be some of your advice to get into an analyst position? Do you guy's recommend getting these licenses? If anyone has these license what are the diffculty factor and layout of exam? Thanks alot for your help guys.
