Nonprofit Advice

Hello,

Girlfriend is international and graduating from her master's program this year. Given the current situation finding sponsorship is going to be even tougher even though she has a strong profile. She's open to working in nonprofit/academia but isn't sure how to gauge what's a good position/company in this area. She also wants to be able to pursue an MBA in the future. In your experience what are some of the top positions/companies to work for in the nonprofit or academia world that will also set her up to be competitive for top b-schools?

She has international big4 and mbb experience and local vc internships if that has any impact.

Any advice is appreciated, thank you!
