Non/semi-target with solid professional experience still less likely to break into a BB or EB than a target students with no professional experience at all?
How would you say a non/semi-target with several decent professional experiences stands against a target student without experience?
Issue is “solid” is completely subjective and what one would consider to be valid others may disregard altogether.
This being said, semi/non with valid experience > non-target with no experience. This is especially true the later years of college.
Define solid experience. If you somehow ended up working a couple of years in ER or Corp Dev, you have a good chance. Otherwise No.
