Not a business major at semi-target, does that affect recruitment?

I go to a semi target but not in the business school, and studying economics instead. Will this affect recruiting going forward? My school also has a very dedicated IB pipeline which makes me feel kinda helpless rn, and I’m thinking of transferring to other schools like UNC Notre dame but as a junior (deferring grad by a semester). Can’t help but feel like my major will affect my opportunities but I’m not sure, any advice?
