Off Cycle Internships

Hey everyone,

I posted once on this website and got really good advice on internships. I need some more advice.

My resume is thin because I have not really had any internships or experience within the industry, however, I really want to break in. What is the best way to bulk up my resume at the moment?

Another thing is that I am trying to get on an executive board in one of my college clubs as a treasurer and I am going to try to rank up in the Finance Club.

Should I wait to apply to the major bank internships until I can put those things on my resume? If some of you are willing to discuss more, I can go into more detail through PMs.

I would appreciate any help/advice. Thanks!
