Off-Cycle Recruiting for Investment Banking

I graduated from a target public school in August of 2021 with two PE internships on my resume. Currently, I am recruiting full-time for investment banking analyst positions. But the issue that I am having is the only analyst positions that are posted on job boards by banks require 1-2 years of experience.

What are some recruitment tips and tricks for someone who is an off-cycle grad?

Thanks!
