On campus interviews/recruiting?
I'm a student current sophomore at a target school. However, I am very confused as to how i should go about to applying to 2025 internships. Should i just apply on the firms website (ex: Goldman or other careers page)? People tell me to apply on the college careers page but the postings on that page just tell me to apply on the official firm website. Also for interviews, I hear a lot of people talk about on campus interviews. How would those be scheduled? I assumed it would just be a zoom interview, but people have been saying that there's supposed to be on campus interviews? I guess im just really confused about the recruiting process.
