Over 1600 applications. Should I give up?
My stats for the past 1.5 years: Over 1,600 applications (1000 on LinkedIn + 600 filled on company site) --> Got invited only for MO/BO roles (15 - 20 interviews) --> Ended up pursuing 2 BO roles for a total of 1 year.
My challenge: Non-target in a 3rd world country applying in Europe and US (despite having: BO experience + M&I CV format extremely polished + personalized cover letter without typos).
My only mistake: Not knowing about IB before starting my university.
When should I give up?
