Penultimate?
I cannot understand the meaning of penultimate year. Some banks want students in the summer between second and third year of their eu bachelors, others do not care, others allow students like me,in the third and last year of bSc., but classified as penultimate since they also count the one year of the master degree. For instance, HSBC arranged an interview but they said that i cannot fit the position because i'm not penultimate.
Another Question: if i apply and withdraw or i apply and i'll be rejected, what about my opportunity after the master? will it be recorded or i can apply again without any penalty?
penultimate is summer between junior and senior year.
Thank you. InEurope it means between the second and the last year of bachelor. Anyway some banks consider you a penultimate if you are before the transition from bachelor to master. At this point,i hope to gain a place this summer, the important thing is that hsbc won't penalize me for a future application
