Phising attempt : Spring internship

Hello guys,

I recently received an email inviting me to apply to a spring position at JP Morgan , with my name included... But the whole thing seems strange, first because the applications to springs are supposed to be closed, and second because of the strange mail used (some dev 6 @workflow mail).

Here is what the email says: Dear "My first name", We would like to invite you to apply to this open position: 2020 Spring into J.P. Morgan (London) - 190052337. If your job application corresponds to our requirements, a member of the Recruiting team will contact you. We thank you for your interest in joining our company. Sincerely, Candidate Experience site Recruiting team

And below it an application link.

Do you guys think that's some advanced scam or something? It seems really strange to me that they know my name as I'm pretty cautious online, so if anyone has some input I would like to hear from you. Thanks :)
