Phone Call Before Next Steps (Superday)
I’ve been interviewing at a boutique bank on the west coast and they emailed me today asking if I had 30 minutes for a meeting because they additional questions before next steps (which would be a superday). The process so far has been l:

1st Round: 30 minutes with an Associate (behavioral with a few light technicals)

2nd Round: 30 minutes with 2 analysts (mostly technical)

Case Study: had a weekend to do a case study which I think looks really solid

Final Round (Superday): would be an in person full day event where I would present my case study and defend my assumptions
I’m confused as to why they would reach out to hop on a video call to address additional questions before next steps. They mentioned that they see me as interning this spring and starting full time post graduation for context.
