I had an in person interview for an internship earlier this year and I was feeling awful. I ended up going in anyway after sucking it up and taking some tylenol. I ended up receiving an offer (which I accepted) from this interview. First off, yours is a phone interview so there is no chance of getting anyone sick. I wouldn't have done what you did but at this point all you can do is prepare for the interview in the chance that they call on time. I wouldn't email them again. I hope it all works out for you.
