Physical/Paper commodity trading or S&T/research at a BB

Hey everyone.

Just wondering if I could get some advice on the best route to getting from a target university to a top trading house in Europe? Without significant direct experience in the industry would a masters in Commodity Trading at the Universiy of Geneva be best?

Cheers!
