Please help!! I have two job offers. One at a PE firm and one at a startup

One from a real estate private equity firm for 30k pounds based out of India plus year end bonus tied to performance. Please note that a 30k pounds salary in India is considered to be really great. The PE firm has 5 billion USD AUM in India and Singapore and owns malls, hotels, warehouses, multufamily assets etc. I have been hired to work on their 9 retail assets. The other offer that I have is for 50k pounds from a Dubai based startup that has about 8 million USD in seed funding. The startup offer is fully remote hence I’ll be saving it all. I was wondering what to choose. Should I look at short term gain and choose the startup or long term stability at an established PE firm. The startup is in the media and luxury sphere, two areas I am really interested in. What do you guys think? The startup doesn’t really have great exit options in india atleast because no one knows about it and let’s be serious how many art collectors are there in the country? The thing about the REPE firm is that the exit opportunities will be a lot better and I can exit to bigger funds like Brookfield and blackstone or a large RE developer/ REIT. Additionally I feel that the long term benefits of the PE firm on my CV would be a lot more. What do you guys think? I have 1 year of strategy consulting experience prior to this plus 1 year in analytics. I have turned 28 yesterday hence feel a bit old.
