Plug for dosk
I don't usually do this sort of thing, but I just wanted to put out a good word for dosk's resume critique service.
It was part of a larger get a front office i-banking job strategy, but it really helped. He definitely bankified my resume. I am graduating this year and started my search really late, like mid-Feb, so it was going to be an uphill battle from the start. Pre dosk's service I got 1 interview for maybe 20 cold emails. Post service I got 5 from 15. I now have an offer and I still have a few more interviews to go. I have learned that you can be the best interviewer (i am sure that I am far from the best though), but you won't even been seen unless you have a good resume that intrigues people.

$50 - and its the best 50 i've ever spent.

Mergers and inquisitions
the site says $100 for the service but that's still extremely cheap given that nearly all services are above $200 and dosk actually works in banking, whereas you'll probably get a generic resume writer from some other service.
I actually spoke to dosk a few days ago; I will be sending my resume to him soon as well.
Basic review ($50)- He gives you a general idea of what you should do to improve your resume. You should choose this service if you want to have an idea on how to write a banking resume, but still be on-goinly working on it throughout the year.
The Advance Service ($100)- provides line by line details. This service is for people who want to be done with their resume and not have to be worrying about editing over and over again.

One thing I'd also be willing to pay for is a mock interview type of service. I'd think it'd be great to have a phone interview and get actually great advice tailored to an ibanking interview.

Yeah I've definitely thought about doing a mock interview service. Will take up a fair amount of time so I'll probably start it in the summer and into the fall/winter recruiting season next year after I'm done with my analyst program. Stay tuned...

But in all seriousness, that is part of the reason I haven't introduced other products/services yet... not quite ready to make this into a full-time business for another 2.5 months or so. Well, that and time constraints.
