Police record in my home country

I am from Lithuania (eu), came to study to UK 3 years ago and this summer should start working in M&A in large BB in London. I got a police administrative record for fighting in Lithuania a couple of weeks ago, paid fine around 30 euros and was let go. I should have background check in a couple of months and I am wondering if it can be a problem. Anyone had similar experience? Will they check for criminal/police records in home country at all or only in the UK? Thanks for your opinions folks

I know you specifically said this is for London, but in the US FINRA (the main regulator) only cares about misdemeanors that relate to fraud/theft or any felony arrests---this seems like it wouldn't fall under either. Assuming the UK is similar I'd think you'd be fine even if it comes up. I would guess they'll check your home country (or wherever you've lived) but again, they likely won't care.
