Pregnant GF - Lifestyle Investment Banks?

My gf recently told me that she is pregnant. While that is great and all, I was wondering if anyone knows of "lifestyle" investment banks in Canada (preferably Toronto). I am really targeting places that only work 60-70 hours MAXIMUM.

Reason why I am looking for investment banking is because I did a SA at one of the big 5.

Any leads will help!

TD, not lifestyle exactly but I've heard they don't make you work crazy hours unless needed, and they're flexible on WFH

Lot of info we’re missing here. You did a SA at Big five — in what? Are you graduated? Okay if so, what are you doing right now?

People don’t just get into big 5 because they “want to” let alone any investment banking job, and certainly those who are reluctant to work beyond 70 hours a week.

I don’t know if this is a troll post, but you sound a little naive as to how difficult it is to break into IB right now let alone Big Five. I wouldn’t be just breaking into investment banking just because you have a child on the way, because that could take months and it may not pan out. Banks aren’t really hiring right now willing to take chances on people without IB experience.
