Preparation for Diversity Programs
I'm an incoming sophomore that is applying to diversity programs, and just wanted to know how to prepare for IB interviews with BBs/EBs. Are there interviews mostly behavioral or technical questions and are they based on how well you've already networked with the firm?
If you're a girl, chances are you won't have to know your technicals. Just saying.

I did diversity and it's way easier man, just make sure your behaviorals are on point. Know your markets well, otherwise, a walk in the park.
