Problem with Doostang

It will not let me log in either. Nor can I reset my pw, or sign up with the same username and pw. I have tried contacting them through [email protected], as well as [email protected] the help address gets rejected even though that is the address they suggest on their FAQ page. I have yet to hear back regarding the issue. I started to have problems after sending invites to a few people from this forum who had requested them. I wonder if that is against the "rules" and my account was blocked. This is very frustrating b/c It seems like a great site and I had sent out invites to all of my friends. I hope I can resolve this with them. Did you also invite anyone from this forum? If so who , maybe there is a common factor here.

Hi mbrandi_784 .... I didnt invite people from this forum but i sent out like invites to all my friends about 30-35 invites...and after that i surfed the site quite a bit...but then i got logged out and i cant do anything now....I also sent an email to the contact people but i did not get a reply....

well at least after your post I no longer feel as if I may have been banned. But it is really poor customer service for them to not to return emails. I will let you know if I receive an email back.

alright thanks....i will do the same if i get an email back......I really dont want to change the account since i have already invited more than 25 people..

tuneman or moneymonkey...could you email the doostang people and inquire why this is happening....my email that is registered with doostang is [email protected] ....

I called Doostang yesterday (no I am not giving out the number) I spoke to someone who gave me their direct email address and said they would look into it. I have emailed them and I expect to hear back early next week. If you post your doostang user name and the email that you signed up with I will mention it to them as well. I hope we can work this out.

Doostang finally got back to me and said they will work to resolve the issue. shikharsaxena I mentioned your username and email to them as well. I hope this is worked out soon.

Doostang resolved my problem today. I would check your accounts as well.

works fine for me. just accepted an offer from 10b l/s h/f that i found on doostang. two weeks start to finish. what a great website. not just the jobs but the rich interview prep info. finally getting out of banking AND doubling my $. zubs

After 2 days of working my account is messed up again. I hope the problem gets resolved quicker this time, and I don't lose all of the friends that I built up.
If I get my account restored Bracketracer what was your username?
