Projects for this downtime

My corporate finance internship got cancelled and now I have time on my hands that I wasn't expecting to. Thus far has been focused on finishing my undergraduate program and starting to learn Python, but now would be a strategic time to embark on some projects. Seeing that I wish to go down the Treasury route, what are some projects or areas that I could work on? The goal is to be able to show an employer that my free time was put to productive use. Studying for the CFA level 1, building financial models from scratch, and getting more into Python are some that come to mind. For reference, I plan on being in this situation for about the next six months since landing a meaningful job in this market is not something I'm betting on. Any advice for my situation or resources to turn to would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
