Quitting before 1 Year
Hey guys, currently work in PB but not really enjoying it as much as I thought (there’s so much tedium that I really don’t like, and I think despite being “only PB” the team I’m on doesn’t really have great WLB) I don’t think I can make it to 1 year doing this. Was wondering if I started applying to other firms now for different departments such as risk, would they call my previous employer (the one I’m currently working at) and ask for references? Want to line something up before I hand in my resignation preferrably; this is my first job out of college. Thanks, any advice is appreciated.
