Random Question on Internships/Employment

When filling out the paperwork for a firm you are about to work for, do you include internships on the section that asks for past employment?

Are internships considered employment?

Does it matter if the internship was paid or unpaid?

Agreed with monty09, you need to include all past employment.

I've had no previous employment.. ever? And will have had no experiences when I graduate next year? What are my options? Move on to grad school and work as an intern? Regardless, I can't believe I will be a senior this autumn. (though I was originally class of 2008. took a gap year after graduating from high school and then another year off after finishing my sophomore year.)

Seriously, if you are this far behind, just go in to law. It's easy and pays well, there's no reason you should waste your time chasing finance.
