Does anybody know if RBS is planning on hiring additional class of 2010 analysts for their Coverage & Advisory (aka IBD) division in HK? I still haven't been rejected from their online application, and according to HR they are still guaging business needs before making any decisions (they have been telling me this for the past 3 months).

Anybody else know what's going on over there? I heard they recently hired a couple of laterals (first-year-analyst level without prior IBD experience).
