Reality of Career Change

Hello everyone, I am looking for any feedback on a career move. I am currently 24 Y/o with a degree from a non-target in Economics and Finance. I graduated with a 3.2 gpa, and played a division 1 sport (not sure if that helps). I am coming up on two years in July 20 of working at my first company post under-grad. I work for a telecom startup in NYC doing B2B sales. Setting up redundant fiber connections, data recovery systems, VPN service, data center colocation. I had an internship going into my junior year of college at a CRE Advisory Firm. The following summer I interned at Exelon ( Constellation) I worked with the Whole sale trading team. I was promoted once internally at my current company, but now I am looking to make a change. I am interested in Mgmt Consulting and CRE preferably something in the private sector of the capital markets. Any advice on where to look and my potential at big name vs smaller shop.

Any feedback is appreciated.
