Recruiter still responding to emails-good sign or meaningless?
I Interviewed for a SA position 4 weeks ago, and I received a couple of follow-up emails telling me they need more time. I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so I recently reached out and the recruiter responded that they appreciate my patience, etc.
What's the most likely situation? Waitlist? Letting me down slowly? Rejection? I feel like 4 weeks is extremely excessive, but I was part of the accelerated process so maybe they feel like they can take their time.
